IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING MOBILE INFORMATION & TEXT MESSAGING

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive [message frequency]. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, purchasing, or using any services, consultations, digital products, communications (including SMS/text messages), or materials provided by The Credit Play ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Credit Play provides credit consulting, education, dispute assistance, document preparation guidance, and related informational services. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or financial planning services.

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Credit scores and credit profiles vary by individual

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • Timelines for changes to credit reports are controlled by creditors, bureaus, and third‑party agencies

The Credit Play makes no promises, guarantees, or warranties regarding specific outcomes, score increases, approvals, or removals.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

  • Review all documents and disputes before submission when applicable

  • Understand that you are ultimately responsible for any information submitted to creditors, bureaus, or third parties

  • Maintain copies of your records

Failure to provide accurate information may limit or prevent our ability to provide services.

5. PAYMENT TERMS & NO REFUNDS

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All fees are due in advance

  • All payments are non‑refundable once services have begun

  • Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of services.

6. COMMUNICATIONS & CONSENT

By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive communications from The Credit Play, including:

  • Account updates

  • Service notifications

  • Educational messages

  • Appointment reminders

Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

7. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

Mobile information, opt‑in data, and SMS consent are handled as stated in the notice at the top of this Agreement.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, templates, documents, videos, text, logos, branding, and educational materials provided by The Credit Play are the intellectual property of the Company.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or share any materials without written permission.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse, harassment, or threats toward staff

  • Non‑payment

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Credit Play shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of credit opportunities

  • Actions taken by creditors, bureaus, or third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Credit Play, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which The Credit Play is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
